If you’re looking for a fun place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, company outing, or other occasion, Crowne Pointe Theatre in Elizabethtown, KY is the place to go. The theatre is also a great place to rent for hosting a company meeting, church service, seminar, and etc..
We need at least 1 week notice to accommodate a party. In less than 1 week, we will do our best to accommodate the party but there are no guarantees. The group rate is only available for parties booked in advance of their arrival. We will do our best to accommodate groups of all sizes.
Public Party
For a public party, ticket prices for parties with fewer than 10 are the same as the regular prices for the show they want to see. For parties with more than 10, the group ticket price is $7.08 plus tax. In the event, the party is on a Tuesday, the price of tickets is the Bargain price of $5.75 plus tax.
Private Party
The cost for a private party in the theatre is $375 which includes up to 50 guests. For private parties with more than 50, special arrangements need to be made. Parties may be cancelled 24 hours before the party is to be held. Otherwise a $75 cancellation fee may be charged.
Amenities for Private and Public Parties
The Party Room is available before or after the movie for 1 hour at no cost. The party room rental fee is $50 per hour if not seeing a movie. Based on availability the Party Room can be available for decorating 15 to 30 minutes prior to its use. The maximum number of guests in the party room is 50.
A 30% discount on concessions is available. Pitchers of drink can be provided with cups at $5.00 per pitcher. The only outside food permitted is pizza and cake/cupcakes. We cannot store ice cream for the party.
